WRITTEN QUESTION No 1091/79 by Mr Moreland to the Commission of the European Communities (13 November 1979) Subject: Atlantic salmon In view of the continuing need to conserve stocks of Atlantic salmon, does the Commission propose to respect the wishes of the Canadian Government in seeking to ensure that fishing arrangements between the EEC and Canada include a specific ceiling on salmon fishing?
