WRITTEN QUESTION No 1821/79 by Mr Percheron to the Commission of the European Communities (29 February 1980) Subject: Regional impact of a policy for reducing sugar production quotas Given that a reduction in Community sugar production quotas is being considered for the future, the Commission ought to have at its disposal an effective instrument for evaluating the regional impact of its proposals.
