WRITTEN QUESTION No 1047/80 by Mr Christopher Jackson to the Commission of the European Communities (8 August 1980) Subject: Food Aid to Somalia There have been reports that, in contrast to aid provided by the UN and the USA, food aid from the Community to relieve extreme famine in Somalia has been subject to serious delay.
