WRITTEN QUESTION No 1130/81 by Mr Nyborg to the Commission of the European Communities (14 October 1981) Subject: Goods registration fees applied in Denmark In a statement dated 9 March 1981, the Commission informed the Danish Government that the fees applied by Denmark for the registration of goods which are imported or exported had, in its view, an effect equivalent to that of a customs duty.
