WRITTEN QUESTION E-1663/94 by Alexandros Alavanos (GUE ) to the Commission (1 September 1994) (95/C 36/01 ) the opinion that the programme would restore the Company's viability by eliminating the two main difficulties encountered by Olympic Airways: crippling debts, on the one hand, and operating costs which were too high, on the other.
