WRITTEN QUESTION E-1089/95 by Wolfgang Kreissl-Dörfler (V ) to the Commission (12 April 1995) ( 95/C 196/141 ) A new round of invitations to the Member States will be launched in 1995 and will, in general, be conducted on a similar basis to that of 1994 . Promoters will be free to submit their proposals again if they so wish during the forthcoming round .
