WRITTEN QUESTION E-2002/95 by Peter Skinner (PSE ) to the Commission (8 July 1995) ( 96/C 40/04 ) Article 1 (5 ) of Directive (85/337/EEC ) provides that the Directive does not apply to projects adopted by a specific act of national legislation . Once the bill has been adopted, the Commission will examine it to verify whether the requirements of Article 1 paragraph 5 of the Directive are met .
