WRITTEN QUESTION E-3021/95 by Joan Vallvé (ELDR ) 2 . There is no delay to report in the use of Structural Fund aid to Austria . Under single programming documents and Community initiatives, the Commission expects that by the end of the year about ECU 400 million will have been committed, from the total ECU 1 623 billion allocated to Austria for the 1995/1999 programming period .
