Answer given by Mrs Wulf-Mathies on behalf of the Commission (7 May 1998) Under Council Regulation (EC) 1164/94 of 16 May 1994 establishing a Cohesion Fund (1), all applications for aid from the Fund must be submitted to the Commission by the Member State concerned (Article 10(3) of the Regulation).
