Answer given by Mr Fischler on behalf of the Commission (5 June 2001) Finland notified in autumn 2000 the Decision of Council of State on rural development (Aid No N 97/00, N 160/00 and N 264/00). This legislation, that refers both to co-financed investments and nationally funded investments was approved by the Commission the 9 October 2000.
