A list of all the cases which were cleared conditionally at Phase 1 in 2001, together with those cases into which the Commission undertook an in-depth investigation is sent direct to the Honourable Member and to Parliament’s Secretariat. Further anlysis of these cases will be presented to the Parliament when the Commission presents its Annual Report for 2001.
