Question for written answer E-000139/12 to the Commission Sir Graham Watson (ALDE) (17 January 2012) Subject: Early retirees' entitlement to healthcare in France Since November 2007, the French authorities have been informing early retirees from other Member States (that is, those citizens who are classed as ‘inactive’ and below the state retirement age) that in order to have health cover they
