Tsoukalas (PPE) (24 January 2012) Subject: The ‘Helios’ project The ‘Helios’ project, worth EUR 20 billion, envisages the installation of photovoltaic panels with a total capacity of 10GW in Greece over an area of 20 thousand hectares and the export of the electricity generated to Germany and other Western countries.
