Question for written answer E-001196/12 to the Commission Ryszard Czarnecki (ECR) (9 February 2012) Subject: Violation of fair competition rules in Poland's banking sector The chairman of Unicredit Bank’s supervisory board, Dieter Rampl, informed the Unicredit general meeting of 29 April 2011 that, according to the contract of the former chairman of Unicredit, Alessandro Profumo, he had the right
