Question for written answer E-002876/12 to the Commission Angelika Werthmann (NI) (15 March 2012) Subject: Children's food products and health According to the latest survey by German consumer protection organisation Foodwatch, many children’s food products are too sweet and too high in fat. Out of 1 500 ‘children’s foodstuffs’ examined, almost 75 % were ‘sweet and fatty snacks’.
