Question for written answer E-003194/12 to the Commission William (The Earl of) Dartmouth (EFD) (23 March 2012) Subject: Budget neutrality in the EEAS III If there are no immediate plans to reduce the budget of the EEAS, can the Commission please explain why this is the case, given the large amount of expenditure so far on the establishment of the EEAS?
