Question for written answer E-003287/12 to the Commission Marian Harkin (ALDE) (27 March 2012) Subject: Intra-Community supplies In the Republic of Ireland, a UK supplier ships goods into Ireland exempt of VAT on behalf of a UK multinational in the UK and the supplier sends the documents for these goods exempt of VAT to the UK Head Office of the multinational.
