Question for written answer E-004096/12 to the Commission (Vice-President/High Representative) William (The Earl of) Dartmouth (EFD) (19 April 2012) Subject: VP/HR — Funding for the Southern Mediterranean In the December 2011 report by the High Representative, it was stated that the EU would allocate EUR 1 billion to the Southern Mediterranean for the 2011-2013 period, and that it had already
