Question for written answer E-004891/12 to the Commission Corinne Lepage (ALDE) (14 May 2012) Subject: Re-approval procedures for pesticides withdrawn from the market in 2007 According to the NGO Pesticides Action Network (PAN), 88 pesticides were dealt with under a special approval scheme which derogated from the authorisation procedure already in place.
