Question for written answer E-004995/12 to the Commission Georgios Stavrakakis (S&D) (15 May 2012) Subject: Unpaid cohesion policy claims at year-end 2011 In the presentation of the Commission’s draft budget for the financial year 2013, Commissioner Lewandowski stated that at the end of 2011 there was EUR 10.7 billion of legitimate unpaid claims relating to cohesion policy.
