Question for written answer E-006194/12 to the Commission Edite Estrela (S&D) (21 June 2012) Subject: Credit-rating agencies Both Parliament and the Commission consider the sovereign debt crisis in the eurozone to have demonstrated the excessive influence of the credit-rating agencies, which has allowed them to influence the European political agenda, and recognise the need to adopt measures to
