Question for written answer E-008561/12 to the Commission (Vice-President/High Representative) Mario Borghezio (EFD) (27 September 2012) Subject: VP/HR — Executions in Iraq On 23 September 2012, the UK’s Sunday Times reported that there are concerns over the number of executions that have taken place in Iraq. This year so far, at least 96 people have been sentenced to death.
