Question for written answer E-008684/12 to the Commission Nuno Melo (PPE) (28 September 2012) Subject: Portugal: agricultural subsidies The media are reporting that a study recently published by the European Commission shows Greece to be in receipt of subsidies equivalent to 25 % of its production. Portugal, by contrast, receives 12.6 %, below the European average of 13.3 %.
