Question for written answer E-009243/12 to the Commission Willy Meyer (GUE/NGL) (15 October 2012) Subject: Construction of a maritime boardwalk in Cho Vito (Tenerife, Canary Islands) The area known as Cho Vito, in the coastal municipality of Candelaria in Tenerife, has been particularly affected by the sometimes arbitrary and wilful way in which the Spanish Coastal Law is applied.
