Question for written answer E-009266/12 to the Commission Arlene McCarthy (S&D) (15 October 2012) Subject: Implementation of Regulation on trade in seal products On 4 April 2012, the Commission stated in its answer to Written Question E-001965/2012 that it had received reports from 18 out of 27 Member States regarding the implementation of Regulation (EC) No 1007/2009 on trade in seal products.
