Question for written answer E-009340/12 to the Commission Izaskun Bilbao Barandica (ALDE) (15 October 2012) Subject: Recruitment of port workers in Spain On 27 September it emerged that the European Commission had sent Spain a reasoned opinion for non-compliance, of the regime for the recruitment of port workers with the provisions of the Treaty on European Union.
