Question for written answer E-009341/12 to the Commission Izaskun Bilbao Barandica (ALDE) (15 October 2012) Subject: Youth employment In its answer E-005841/2012 to my question on youth employment, the Commission states that the Action Teams, which were formed by the European Commission to work with the eight Member States experiencing the highest levels of youth unemployment, have explored the
