Question for written answer E-009572/12 to the Commission Diogo Feio (PPE) (19 October 2012) Subject: ‘Smartshops’ — a danger to public health It was recently reported in the colour supplement of the Portuguese weekly newspaper Expresso that four people in the Autonomous Region of Madeira had died after consuming legal drugs purchased from what are known as ‘smartshops’.
