Question for written answer E-009706/12 to the Commission Auke Zijlstra (NI) (24 October 2012) Subject: ECB on excessive deficits in eurozone countries The Dutch member of the European Central Bank (ECB) Governing Council, Klaas Knot, said on the Dutch television programme Buitenhof of 21 October 2012 that southern European Member States need at least another 3-5 years to have to get out of
