Question for written answer E-009707/12 to the Commission Ramon Tremosa i Balcells (ALDE) (24 October 2012) Subject: Grain prices There is speculation that the world’s sixth largest wheat producer, Ukraine, is going to stop exports of the raw material from 15 November. The possible effects of this on markets are clear: noticeable increases in the price of this and other raw materials (39).
