Question for written answer E-009989/12 to the Council Andreas Mölzer (NI) (5 November 2012) Subject: Stopping the wave of Roma asylum-seekers In spite of the fact that an asylum application will have no chance of a successful outcome, visa-free travel for citizens from Serbia and Macedonia is being abused by thousands of Roma in order to apply for political asylum in countries such as Germany.
