Question for written answer E-010171/12 to the Commission Monika Flašíková Beňová (S&D) (8 November 2012) Subject: Smart regulation programme The Commission plans to publish a progress report on the smart regulation programme in late 2012. This programme is an attempt to consolidate efforts to improve and simplify the EU legislative process and to reduce regulatory and administrative burdens.
