Question for written answer E-010204/12 to the Commission Nuno Teixeira (PPE) (8 November 2012) Subject: Tax regimes in the European Union Given that: — The Court of Justice judgment in Case C‐88/03 refers to the situation where a regional or local authority adopts, in the exercise of sufficiently autonomous powers in relation to the central power, a tax rate lower than the national rate and
