Question for written answer E-010302/12 to the Commission Ivo Belet (PPE) (12 November 2012) Subject: French requirement regarding breathalysers in cars On 23 May 2012 the Commission stated in its answer to my Question E-004171/2012 that it had contacted the French authorities in relation to the French requirement for drivers to have an unused breathalyser in their vehicles.
