Question for written answer E-010744/12 to the Commission Hans-Peter Martin (NI) (27 November 2012) Subject: Financial support for high-speed trains In April 2012 the private Italian transport company Nuovo Transporto Viaggiatori (NTV) launched the ‘Italo’ high-speed train, which will run between Milan and Naples at speeds of over 300 km/h.
