Question for written answer E-010798/12 to the Commission Ramon Tremosa i Balcells (ALDE) (29 November 2012) Subject: Common Fisheries Policy Numerous fishermen who previously took out mortgages to purchase new fishing boats, having been encouraged to do so by the EU and the Member State governments, now find themselves in extremely serious difficulties.
