Question for written answer E-007913/13 to the Commission Marc Tarabella (S&D) (3 July 2013) Subject: Shisha pen In order keep the number of young people and adults who smoke at roughly the same level, from time to time tobacco companies launch products that can encourage young people to smoke. One such new product is the shisha pen: a pocket-sized hookah pipe that teaches children how to smoke.
