Question for written answer E-005221/14 to the Commission George Lyon (ALDE) (23 April 2014) Subject: Coupling entitlement for Scotland Last week, Agriculture Commissioner Dacian Cioloș announced that the Commission is set to block moves to allow Scotland to borrow some of the UK’s coupling entitlement, that would have delivered a 13% coupling rate for Scottish agricultural support.
