Terugvordering bijstandsuitkering omdat inlichtingenplicht is geschonden, dan wel onvolledige informatie is gegeven over inkomsten uit arbeid. In besluit op bezwaar is de periode van terugvordering gewijzigd en de terugvordering op een hoger bedrag vastgesteld. Reformatio in peius in het onderhavige geval toelaatbaar.
