Met COVID-19 urenbank heeft werkgever uitvoering gegeven aan artikel 3.7.2 sub e van de CAOMetalelektro, maar urenbank is voor oudere werknemers wel in strijd met die CAO. Urenbank is niet in strijd met artikel 7:628 lid 1 BW.
