Dekenbezwaar tegen patroon van stagiaire-ondernemer.Stage is door besluit raad van toezicht beëindigd. Patroon heeft stagiaire onvoldoende begeleid en na door haar gegeven advies ten onrechte niet gecheckt of dit werd uitgevoerd. Patroon heeft aldus stagiaire onvoldoende behoed voor (de gevolgen van) die gedragingen. Voorwaardelijke schorsing van 3 maanden.
