Verzetzaak. Klager heeft in 2001 over deze advocaat geklaagd zodat hij kennelijk niet ontvankelijk is in deze klacht. Nieuwe feiten heeft klager niet althans onvoldoende naar voren gebracht. Voorts is de redelijke termijn waarbinnen kan worden geklaagd, ruimschoots verstreken.
