Ongegronde klacht tegen curator. Klager heeft zelf onduidelijkheid over de situatie ter plekke laten bestaan zodat het binnentreden van de curator in de woonruimte van klager (die toegang gaf tot de bedrijfsruimte van de failliet) geoorloofd was. Klager had zelfs instructies achtergelaten voor de binnentreders.
