Ongegronde klacht tegen eigen(echtscheidings)advocaat. Het niet bezoeken van cliënt in detentie is niet tuchtrechtelijk verwijtbaar, er is telefonisch contact geweest en er is schriftelijk geadviseerd. Voorts is onaannemelijk dat klager opdracht heeft gegeven om in hoger beroep te gaan van de echtscheidingsbeschikking.
