Voorzittersbeslissing. Klacht over advocaat optredend als voorzitter van een bezwaarschriftencommissie. Klacht stuit reeds af op het feit dat deze uitsluitend ziet op de inhoud van het advies van de bezwaarschriftencommissie en op de door de bezwaarschriftencommissie gevolgde procedure om tot dat advies te komen. De bezwaarschriftencommissie bestond uit drie personen en handelde als college.
