De klacht houdt -kort samengevat- in dat de orthopedisch chirurg in zijn zorgplicht ten opzichte van klaagster is tekortgeschoten tijdens de drie bij klaagster uitgevoerde knieoperaties. Klaagster verwijt de orthopedisch chirurg onder andere dat hij ten onrechte de linkerknie heeft geopereerd terwijl klaagster klachten had aan de rechterknie.
