Klaagster heeft eenmalig de tandarts bezocht voor een behandeling aan haar voortand. Een maand later is die tand afgebroken. Klaagster verwijt de tandarts dat zij niet de zorg heeft verleend die klaagster van een zorgvuldig handelend tandarts mocht verwachten.
