Klager mocht er op vertrouwen dat de notaris voor doorhaling van de betreffende hypothecaire inschrijving zorg zou dragen. Dat de notaris stelt dat hij niet verantwoordelijk is voor doorhaling en daaraan ook niet wenst mee te werken, zoals hij aanvankelijk heeft verklaard, acht de Kamer daarom klachtwaardig.
