Leitsatz 1. Eine Lebensgefährtin ist keine Hinterbliebene des Schuldners im Sinne des § 851c Abs. 1 Nr. 3 ZPO. 2. Pfändungsschutz nach § 851c Abs. 1 ZPO besteht grundsätzlich nur dann, wenn die dort unter den Nr. 1 bis 4 genannten Voraussetzungen kumulativ im Zeitpunkt der Pfändung vorliegen .
