Leitsatz 1. Wesentlich im Sinne des § 89a Abs. 1, Abs. 2 Nr. 3 StGB sind nur solche Gegenstände oder Stoffe, die im Falle ihrer Zusammenfügung oder technischen Manipulation ein taugliches Kampfmittel oder eine taugliche Vorrichtung im Sinne des § 89a Abs. 2 Nr. 2 StGB ergeben.
